Why Arun’s Indian Kichen?

The food is outstanding! There isn’t much to this joint and its relatively small, seats only 17. The next reason why I picked this restaurant is the owner Arun and his family. They are the nicest folks around. Arun takes great pride in delivering the best Northern Indian Food you have ever tasted.

Now for Indian food, unless you are familiar with this culture, chances are you wouldn’t go out of your way to try it. Why? Because the food is complex and most Americans like things simple. Meatloaf, Steaks, Burgers, Chicken, Fries, Salads, and some vegetables. A little salt and pepper and your food is good to go. Not so much with Indian Cuisine. Many different spices make up certain dishes and there is a process in preparing the food which takes time. It can’t be rushed. If you throw in a chef like Arun who clearly loves to cook food to perfection and loves his customers you will have fantastic food. Clearly food lovers from all around the Tri County Area come here because of Chef Arun.

VIP Krystal. Don't mind the NY Giants jersey we all know they suck!

VIP Krystal. Don’t mind the NY Giants jersey we all know they suck!

For this event my VIP is Krystal. She is a bartender at the Sunset Grill Tiki Bar at the Coconut Creek Casino. I’ve known Krystal for about 5 years. I just adore her! She has a fantastic memory and knows what all of her regulars drink and she has a lot of them. When her bar is full she works it with ease. I’ve met her parents and they are solid people and super nice. You can see where Krystal got her fantastic personality from! I am very proud she agreed to be my VIP and I will be buying her lunch. If you ever hit the Sunset Grill Tiki Bar at the Coconut Creek Casino please say hello and tell her Dan I Cook sent you.

I’m sure this will fill up quick so act fast and Stay Hungry!

UPDATE: SOLD OUT. I’ll start a stand by list of someone cancels.
